The filling bucket was a measure of volume in the salt works in Halle (Saale) . It was a measure in Prussian Saxony. The measure was used to measure the brine .

  • 1 filling bucket = 12 measure (Halle)
  • 1 pan = 4.5 filling buckets
  • 1 Zober / Zuber = 8 filling buckets = 480 quart
  • 5 Zober = 1 pan
  • 60 Zober = 1 quart
  • 240 Zober = 1 chair
