FC Slovan Rosice is a Czech football club from the Moravian town of Rosice u Brna , near Brno . After being promoted from the fourth division, the men's team played for two years in the third highest Czech league, the MSFL, since the 2011/12 season . In the 2012/13 season Rosice sensationally defeated local rivals and first division club Zbrojovka Brno 2-1 in the second round of the Czech Cup , but then retired in the second round against Slovan Liberec . The club was not so successful in the league: at the end of the 2012/13 season, they were relegated to the fourth division. After 7 years of abstinence, he returned to the third division for the 2019/20 season.
