The FK Bosna Union also known as FK Bosna Sema is a football club from Ilidža , a suburb of the Bosnian capital Sarajevo . The name Bosna Sema is derived from the educational institutes in the city. Bosna Union is currently relegated to the third Bosnian league, the Druga Liga FBiH . Although the club actually comes from Ilidža, it plays its home games at the Asim Ferhatović Hase stadium in Sarajevo.

The club was founded in May 2014 under the name FK Bosna Sema . Since his relegation to the 3rd division, the club has been called FK Bosna Union .
