The Faaborg Værft A / S is a Danish shipyard in the town of Faaborg .
General
The shipyard was founded in 1970 as Faaborg Yachtværft . Mainly yachts were built from glass fiber reinforced plastic . In 1979 the bankrupt Jupiter Værftet was taken over and their motor yachts were further developed. The shipyard has a water depth of 5 m, a quay length of 200 m and can accommodate ships up to 65 m in length.
