This factory owner's villa is the only one of its kind in Wegenstedt. It stands outside of the local situation. This villa once belonged to a brick factory that was based in Wegenstedt. The building was built around 1890. The lush brick building, a form of historicism, has a central projection on the street side . The decoration of the roof ridge behind the gable of the risalit with clay animal figures is unusual. The villa is, above all, architecturally a very high quality residential building with urban planning standards and original details.
