The three-storey, former industrial building at the street stands together with the children sculptures under conservation . The angular building consists of two wings, one of which stands vertically in the property and its narrow side faces the street. This is where the “representative main entrance” is located, the portal of which is roofed over by a protruding slab and emphasized by wall pillars protruding above it. On the side of the entrance step are two children's sculptures made of artificial stone by Burkhart Ebe : the putti with mortars and flasks or children with pharmaceutical equipment .

The second wing, which is not listed, bends at right angles to the left at the rear of the property and runs parallel to the rails at Radebeul Ost station on the rear . In the middle of the garden street in front of the rear transverse wing there is a cubic porch with a roof landscape, while the rest of the building is covered by a very flat gable roof that disappears behind a roof edge, giving the appearance of a flat roof. A strong main cornice runs under the roof edge .

The right side view of the street-side wing is partially structured by prismatic pilaster strips . The entire building is plastered, and there are also concrete structures.

While the construction on the railway line was designed to be light, the rough plaster of the listed wing was given back "its original dark plaster color".
