Fabrizio Dentice
Fabrizio Dentice (* around 1530 in Naples , † February 24, 1581 in Parma ) was an Italian lutenist and composer.
Live and act
Fabrizio Dentice, whose father Luigi (1510–1566) also played and composed the lute, received his training as a lutenist in his hometown, but then went to Rome and finally lived in Parma. He was a product of the then countless music schools in Naples and was considered an excellent instrumentalist by his contemporaries.
In addition to lute pieces that were very popular in his time, he also created quite a bit of vocal music, including motets and madrigals .
