Facundo Mesones , full name Facundo Elías Mesones Gamarra , (born January 8, 1995 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

Offensive player Facundo Mesones was already part of the extended squad of Montevideo-based Sud América , which won the second division championship of the 2012/13 season. However, that year he was also a player in the youth team playing in the Quarta División . In July 2014, the club referred to him as a youth player who completed the season preparation in mid-2014 with the professional team. He was therefore in the extended squad of the first division club at least since the 2014/15 season. Mesones made his debut under coach Jorge Vivaldo in the Primera División on September 28, 2014 , when he came on for Ángel Luna in the 90th minute of the 3-1 away win against Juventud . In the 2014/15 season he was used twice (no goal) in the top Uruguayan league. At the beginning of August 2015 he was loaned to El Tanque Sisley . A squad membership or even missions are not carried out with the first division club. Another loan followed at the beginning of February 2016. This time the receiving club was the second division Club Atlético Progreso . By the end of the season he had nine second division games (no goal).
