Fanuatapu (also: Fānautapu ) is a tiny uninhabited island in the Tongan archipelago of Vavaʻu .

geography

Fanuatapu is a small islet between Tapana and Kapa . It belongs to the reef southeast of the center of Vavaʻu.

climate

The climate is tropical hot, but is tempered by constantly blowing winds. Like the other islands of the Vavaʻu group, Fanuatapu is occasionally hit by cyclones .
