Fatemeh Motamed-Aria also Fatemeh Motamed-Arya (born October 29, 1961 in Tehran ; Persian فاطمه معتمد آریا) is a multi-award winning Iranian actress . She is one of the most famous actresses in post-revolutionary Iranian cinema and was nominated nine times for best actress at the Fajr International Film Festival and won the Crystal Simurg four times.

In 2018 she was appointed to the jury of the Orizzonti section at the 75th Venice International Film Festival .
