Fausto Santini (born April 25, 1987 ) is a Swiss athlete . His specialty is the 400 meter hurdles . He is two-time Swiss champion, took part in the 2010 European Athletics Championships in Barcelona and reached the final of the 2011 World Military Games .

Santini starts for the LC Zurich .
