The Fig-Spreizflügelfalter ( Choreutis nemorana ) is a butterfly from the family of the Spreizflügelfalter (Choreutidae). It occurs mainly in the Canaries , Madeira , the Mediterranean , North Africa in Asia and also in Central Europe .

The wingspan is 16 to 20 millimeters.

The caterpillars feed on fig leaves. For protection they put on a web of silk threads. The moths of the summer generation hatch in July. A second generation hatches in autumn and hibernates.

The species damages the leaves of the fig ( Ficus carica ) and causes not only feeding spots but also warping and discoloration.
