Campaign Cross for 1813–1815 (Anhalt)

The campaign cross for 1813–1815 was donated on February 5, 1823 by Duke Leopold IV. Friedrich von Anhalt-Dessau and could be awarded to members of the Anhaltisch-Dessau military who distinguished themselves during the Wars of Liberation .

The decoration is a straight cross made of brass bronze , the ends of the cross arms are underlaid by a green lacquered wreath of leaves . The ducal crown can be seen in the upper arm of the cross . In the left cross arm the initials LF , in the right the name Franz and in the lower the letters H. z. A. (Duke of Anhalt). On the reverse, from top to bottom, the inscription Anhalt brave warriors 1813. 1815.

The award was worn on a red, black and white striped ribbon on the left chest.

The campaign cross was last awarded on August 8, 1864.
