Felix Hallensleben

Christian Eberhard Clamer Felix Hallensleben (born February 25, 1860 in Greußen , † November 13, 1926 in Sondershausen ) was a German lawyer and politician .

Life

Born the son of a lawyer , Hallensleben studied law in Jena and Berlin after attending grammar schools in Eisenach and Sondershausen . During his studies in Jena in 1879 he became a member of the Arminia fraternity in the castle cellar . After his exams in 1882 and 1889, he became a lawyer and notary in Greußen, then in Arnstadt . In 1901 he became a legal advisor and in 1906 a member of the board of directors of Schwarzburgische Hypothekenbank in Sondershausen. After the bank merged in 1920, he worked again as a lawyer and notary in Sondershausen. From 1904 to 1919 he was appointed by the Prince for life as a member of the Schwarzburg-Sondershäuser Landtag , in which he served as the Landtag syndic from 1896 to 1907, and then until 1919 as the Landtag's vice-president.
