Felix of Knyphausen

Felix zu Knyphausen (born December 23, 1969 in Hamburg ) is a German actor and screenwriter .

Career

Zu Knyphausen completed his acting training at the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute in New York . This was followed by international film productions such as In the Waters of Death or Hostages of Damnation (OT: "The Garden of Redemption" ).

In Germany he became known to a wide audience primarily through the lead role of Nils Hofer in the ARD early evening series Marienhof , which he played from July 17 to December 4, 2002. Several appearances in short films followed.

In 2010 he worked alongside Sophie Heldman as a screenwriter for the film Satte Farben vor Schwarz , which premiered on January 13, 2011.
