Fornols rock engravings

The rock engravings by Fornols are on a boulder south of Campôme in the "Parc naturel régional des Pyrénées catalanes" in the Pyrénées-Orientales department in France . The petroglyphs come from the early Paleolithic and consist of a tangle of engravings, geometric patterns, as well as ibexes , chamois and birds.

Fornols' rock engravings have been classified as Monument historique since 2008 .
