Femundsmarka
The Fermundsmarka is a mountainous region in Norway on the border with Sweden . It is located east of Lake Femund in the Norwegian province (Fylke) Innlandet, right on the border with the Swedish Härjedalen . The mountain region is about 50 kilometers long and 30 kilometers wide, the mountains have a height of up to 1400 moh. . The Rogen River crosses the region from east to west.
National park
Most of the Femundsmarka has been part of the Femundsmarka National Park of the same name since 1977 .
