The Fengze District ( Chinese 丰泽 区 , Pinyin Fēngzé Qū ) is a municipality in the Fujian Province of China . It belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level Quanzhou City . Fengze has an area of 132 km² and has 180,000 inhabitants.
