Luojiang (Quanzhou)

The municipality of Luojiang ( Chinese  洛江 Pin , Pinyin Luòjiāng Qū ) is a municipality in the prefecture -level city of Quanzhou in southeast China 's Fujian Province . It has an area of ​​382 km² and has 170,940 inhabitants (end of 2003).
