Fenz
Fenz is a cattle dish from the eastern and central Swiss Alps . Flour , butter and milk or whey are stirred into a mass and cooked.
Fenz is served with bread, it is eaten out of the pan. Today you can still get it in some Swiss restaurants in the mountain area. However, Fenz is often prepared according to modified recipes (for example with semolina or eggs ) to make it tastier.
