Fernando Maura Barandiarán (born April 30, 1955 in Bilbao ) is a Spanish politician of the Unión Progreso y Democracia and author .
Life
Maura has been a member of the European Parliament since 2014 . There he is Deputy Chairman of the Delegation for relations with the Maghreb countries and the Arab Maghreb Union and a member of the Committee on Culture and Education and of the delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union for the Mediterranean.
