Solid-state spectroscopy
The solid state spectroscopy is a group of spectroscopic analysis method for the investigation of material properties of solids (electronic, optical, magnetic, etc.). Solid-state spectroscopy thus includes those parts of atomic and molecular spectroscopy that deal with the special properties of solid phases.
