Fetuvalu Secondary School

Fetuvalu Secondary School is a day school in the island state of Tuvalu . It is maintained by the Church of Ekalesia Kelisiano Tuvalu and is located on the Funafuti Atoll .

Curriculum

Since 2006, the school has offered training according to the General Certificate of Secondary Education (Cambridge syllabus). Unlike Motufoua Secondary School , the state school, Fetuvalu Secondary School offers a curriculum that corresponds to that in Motufoua from year 9 to 12. Fetuvalu students pursuing university studies can attend a 13 year school year in the State Form Seven Program or attend a preparatory program at the Extension Center of the University of the South Pacific (USP) in Funafuti.

The school was closed for 5 years between 1998 and 2003.

The headmaster is currently Penehuro Hauma .
