Fik Meijer
Fik Meijer (* 12. August 1942 in Leiden as Fredericus Joannes Antonius Maria Meijer ) is a Dutch historian .
biography
Meijer studied classical philology and ancient history at the University of Leiden and graduated in 1973. He is emeritus professor of ancient history at the University of Amsterdam . His books have been translated into several languages.
