Filip Andrzej Kaczmarek (born November 22, 1966 in Poznan ) is a Polish politician of the Civic Platform .
Life
Kaczmarek studied history at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan . From 1991 to 1993 he was a member of the Sejm . Kaczmarek was a member of the European Parliament from 2004-2014 .
