Cantiere Navale Filippi Lido SRL is an Italian Shipyard for rowing boats based in Donoratico .

history

In 1980 Lido Filippi founded the shipyard and initially began building composite boats . At the 1986 World Rowing Championships in Nottingham , England , rowers achieved their first successes in Filippi boats.

Today, under the direction of Lido Filippi and his son David and more than 60 other employees, more than 700 boats are built annually. According to his own account, more than 400 medals have been won at world rowing championships and the Olympic rowing regatta in Filippi boats.
