Film Critics Circle of Australia

The Film Critics Circle of Australia ("FCCA") is a group of film critics who honor Australian films. These Film Critics Circle of Australia Awards have been presented annually in different categories since 1998 .

Goals are

  • "To promote independence and excellence in the art of film criticism"
  • "To support the development of Australian and international film"
  • "Recognizing outstanding achievements in Australian film through annual awards ceremonies"

The FCCA is a member of the Fédération Internationale de la Presse Cinématographique ("FIPRESCI") and operates non-profit .
