content

The series shows short episodes from a distant future in which the robots throttle and memory live among their own kind in a high-tech city and wage war against humanity. Memory is the omniscient servant of the youthful, aristocratic thrush. Her late father asked him to always accompany her. The episodes are spread over a period of over 100 years, the two robots themselves are at least 2,800 years old.

Production and publication

The two-minute long episodes, produced as computer animation , were created in the first season at Walt Disney Television International Japan , in season 2 at Jinni's and most recently at TMS Jinni's . Directed by Wataru Arakawa , who also acted as producer and wrote the script. The character design comes from Hitoshi Fukuchi and Shigeyuki Watanabe was responsible for the implementation of the animations . For the second season, the character and mecha design switched to Takayuki Yanase . The music for the series was composed by Yoshiyuki Usui .

The series was first announced in March 2008 and at the end of the month the first scenes were shown at the Tōkyō Kokusai Anime Fair . The motivation for the production was mentioned that Disney wanted to gain a stronger foothold in the important Japanese market and therefore wanted to create a product tailored to the market together with local artists.

The first season of the series with 13 episodes aired from April 7 to June 30, 2008 on the Japanese Disney Channel . A second season entitled Fireball Charming ( フ ァ イ ア ボ ー ル チ ャ ー ミ ン グ ) and a further 13 episodes followed from April 4 to June 27, 2011 on Tokyo MX and a few days apart on Disney Channel, BS Japan and Sun Television . The third season of Fireball Humorous ( フ ァ イ ア ボ ー ル ユ ー モ ラ ス ) with three episodes was broadcast in Japan from October 6 to December 8, 2017. As early as August 2017, Disney's channel Dlife showed two 10-second short episodes. The series was reissued after so many years on the occasion of the station's fifth birthday.
