Ståle Fjorden (born August 29, 1967 ) is a former Norwegian ski jumper .

Fjorden, who started for the Byåsen IL club , made his debut in the Ski Jumping World Cup on January 24, 1987 . On the normal hill in Sapporo , Japan , he reached 5th place. He was also successful on the large hill on January 25th with 10th place and was able to win more World Cup points. Despite the good results, it was his only two World Cup competitions in his career. He finished the 1986/87 World Cup season in 37th place overall.
