The Flanderstraße is a street in the Trier city center . It is parallel to sickle road between Rindertanzstrasse road and Deworastraße, where it merges into the Dominikanerstraße. The street is a one-way street .

In the street are the remains of the Welschnonnen Monastery, including the Welschnonnen Church . In the Welschnonnenkloster there are parts of the Auguste-Viktoria-Gymnasium , which goes back to a girls' school founded by Pierre Fourier . The Welschnonnen Church was extensively renovated in 2007.

Opposite the Welschnonnen Church there is a rear entrance to the Rollingen Curia (Eucharist house). The portal bears the inscription: RENO VATUM MCMXCI. It was completely renovated in 1991.

The street name has been attested as platea Flandrensis since 1227 , which probably goes back to a local settlement of Dutch and Flemish merchants and weavers. Formerly the district around Sichelstraße, Cattle Dance Street and Glockenstraße was called “In Vlandern”.
