Flautando Köln is a German recorder quartet .
It was established in 1990. The current line-up consists of Susanne Hochscheid, Katrin Krauss, Ursula Thelen and Kerstin de Witt . The ensemble gives concerts at home and abroad. His interpretations were documented by WDR , SWR , Radio Bremen , Saarländischer Rundfunk and Deutschlandfunk .
The ensemble's programs range from medieval to modern music.
With a great sense of style and imagination, they arrange works from all epochs for their line-up, which not only comes up with more than 40 recorders of various sizes and designs, but also allows another facet to sound with the much-praised soprano voice of Ursula Thelen.
