Flavius Caecina Decius Basilius
Flavius Caecina Decius Basilius was a Roman politician of the second half of the 5th century AD
In the years 458 and 463-465 he was praefectus praetorio Italiae , from 463 to 465 also Patricius . In 463 he held the consulate of the city of Rome together with Antoninus Messala Vivianus . One of his sons was Caecina Decius Maximus Basilius , who was sole consul in 480.
