The Fletorja zyrtare e Republikës së Shqipërisë (German Official Gazette of the Republic of Albania ) is the official legal and official gazette of Albania , which has been published in Tirana in Albanian since 1922 . It publishes laws and regulations that have been ratified by the Albanian Parliament , as well as international treaties that are concluded by the Albanian government.

After the Lushnja Congress in 1920, the first steps towards a new state organization were created. First the Fletorja zyrtare e Mbretnis e Shqiptare appeared from 1922 to 1926 , replaced with the year counting from 6.1927 to 22.1942 the Fletorja zyrtare e Republikës së Shqipërisë , year 43.1944 appeared under the title Fletorja zyrtare e shtetit shqiptar . 1945 to 1971 the title was Gazeta zyrtare e Republikës së Shqipërisë , from 1972 to 1973 Gazeta zyrtare e Republikës Popullore të Shqipërisë and from 1974 to 1991 Gazeta zyrtare e Republikës Popullore Socialiste të Shqipërisë (Official Gazette of the People's Socialist Republic of Albania). After 1992 it took on its previous and current title again. It appears irregularly with several numbered issues per month. From the 1990s, excerpts also appeared in an English translation as Legal acts of Albania with an index.

It is a source of political history, especially from the time of Enver Hoxha's dictatorship .
