Fleur Q. Gräper-van Koolwijk (born December 23, 1974 ) is a Dutch politician of the 66 Democrats .

Life

Gräper attended the Rijnlands Lyceum in Oegstgeest from 1987 to 1993 and studied history at the University of Groningen from 1993 to 1998 . From 1996 to 1997 she was an exchange student at the college in Charleston (South Carolina) .

Gräper joined the Democrats 66 (D66) party in 1997. She was from July 8, 1999 to July 6, 2005 and has been a member of the Gedeputeerde states of the province of Groningen again since April 29, 2015 . On March 9, 2013, she was elected as the successor to Ingrid van Engelshoven as party leader of the D66. In April 2015, she announced her resignation from the party leadership. In September 2015, Letty Demmers succeeded her in this position.
