The Fleiner festival and multi-purpose hall was built according to plans by the Bechler Krummlauf Teske architectural association and inaugurated in autumn 2005 after a seven-month construction period. The cost of the construction amounted to 4.75 million euros. The building, which is designed with wood, glass, stone and concrete, has various event rooms : The large hall with 480 square meters, which can be used as a concert hall or as a foyer. Next is the small hall with 120 square meters. The building takes on features of the natural landscape of the place and reinterprets elements of the Fleins vineyards. The festival hall with an entrance area made of glass, framed in wood, rests on a "vineyard wall " made of sandstone .
