Flintholm is a small island in the eastern part of the Schlei in Schleswig-Holstein .

It is located at the mouth of the Wormshöfter Noors , 190 meters southeast of the nearest bank of the municipality of Rabel , 450 meters west of the municipality of Maasholm and 3.5 km west of the mouth of the Schlei. Flintholm is part of the municipality of Rabel, and bears the parcel number 1 of the hallway 8 of the Rabel district . The official area of ​​the parcel is 76 m². This number dates from 1876. The actual land area may have changed since then.

The island has no vegetation and is currently described as a sand mountain. It was created as an Ice Age moraine . The subsoil therefore consists of boulder clay , on which sand was later deposited.
