The Flohr-Verlag ( own spelling flohr verlag ) was a dental publisher based in Rottweil and later in the Franconian Bamberg .

history

The publishing house was founded in 1997 by Manfred and Pia Flohr. The first print product appeared in May 1997, the trade journal Das Internationale Zahntechnik Magazin , before an implantology specialist title, Dental Implantology & Periodontology , followed in October . In 1998, ZP - Zahnarzt & Praxis, another specialist journal aimed at dentists, was published. In addition to periodicals , a number of specialist books were published by Flohr-Verlag.

In 2006 the publisher started with the online media shop "www.dental-buecher.de" with around 500 titles, followed in 2008 by "www.dentalkompakt-online.de" . In October 2008, Flohr-Verlag merged with Spitta-Verlag and now operates under its name.
