Floorball Uri is a Swiss floorball club based in Altdorf and Seedorf . In the 2016/17 season, the women's first team plays in the national league B , the men play in the second division GF.
history
The Floorball Uri association consists of the former UHC Seedorf / Uri (founded in 1995) and the UHC KTV Altdorf (founded in 1988). In 2004 the best forces of the two clubs were combined under the label Floorball Uri to give floorball in the canton of Uri a better perspective. At this point Altdorf was promoted to the 1st division GF, while Seedorf / Uri had been playing in the 2nd division GF for several years. The board of the new competitive sports club was formed from two representatives from each of the two clubs involved, while the floorball clubs Seedorf / Uri and UHC KTV Altdorf continued to exist. The final merger took place two years later.
Stadion
The floorball Uri teams play their home games in the Feldli sports hall in Altdorf whenever possible .
