Florencia Di Concilio
Florencia Di Concilio (born July 31, 1979 in Montevideo , Uruguay ) is a Uruguayan composer .
Life
Florencia Di Concilio was born into a musical family. She received her musical training in her hometown of Montevideo. From 1997 she studied at the School of the Arts , an institute of the College of Charleston and then at the New England Conservatory of Music , both as a full scholarship holder. After receiving her master's degree in 2003, she studied composition and orchestration at the Conservatoire de Paris .
During her time in France she composed the music for several independent films and television productions for the Franco-German television station Arte . After successfully establishing herself as a film composer, she also worked as a composer in England and Hollywood.
