Florentino Avidos

Florentino Avidos (born November 18, 1870 in Rio de Janeiro , † February 28, 1956 ibid) was a Brazilian engineer and politician .

Ávidos was from May 23, 1924 to June 30, 1928 governor of the state of Espírito Santo and in the years 1929/1930 during the República Velha its representative in the state .

After his death, the street "Avenida Florentino Avidos" and a bridge, the Ponte Florentino Ávidos , were named after him in the Brazilian city of Vitória .
