Florian Asanger

Florian Asanger (born May 9, 1878 in Landau an der Isar , † after 1935 ) was a German teacher and author .

Life

Florian Asanger was born as the son of the businessman of the same name and his wife Elisabeth, born Rosenlochner. After attending the humanistic grammar school, he went to study at the University of Munich, later he moved to Grenoble and Münster i. W. 1911 Florian Asanger doctorate in Münster Dr. phil. The subject of his dissertation was Percy Bysshe Shelley's Language Studies. His translations from Latin and Greek . He later worked as a teacher in Bochum .

He worked on the literary magazine and was a member of the Shakespeare Society.
