The Okushiri Airport ( Jap. 奥尻空港 , Okushiri-Kuko ) is a small commercial airport in the Japanese city of Okushiri in Hokkaido . The airport is located about 15 kilometers south of Okushiri city center on the island of Okushiri directly on the coast. From here there are currently (2009) only domestic connections. Okushiri Airport is a 3rd class airport according to Japanese law .
