Flight lesson or flight hours
- stands for a teaching unit in the flight school ;
- are a unit for the practical flight experience of a pilot, which he must record in his personal flight log as proof of his flying activity in accordance with the regulations for pilot licenses, in particular the commercial pilot license ;
