The business magazine food-service deals with professional gastronomy in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The magazine, founded in 1982, reports primarily from a business perspective on key topics such as management and marketing, market research, technology and design. The editorial team keeps an eye on developments and trends in North America, Europe and Asia.

Every year in March food-service publishes the top 100 gastronomy companies in Germany, the focus here is on system gastronomy . As part of the Internorga in Hamburg, food-service organizes the International Foodservice Forum with around 2,000 visitors.
