The Foord Glacier is a 3.5 km long and 3.3 km wide glacier in the northwest of the West Antarctic James Ross Island . It flows in a north-westerly direction into the bay on the Prinz Gustav Canal, which was originally occupied by the Prince Gustav Ice Shelf .
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 2012. It is named after Sue Foord, who was involved in the extraction of ice cores on James Ross Island and Berkner Island for the British Antarctic Survey .
