The Ford F-MAX is a truck made by the Turkish manufacturer Ford Otosan , a joint venture between Koç Holding and Ford Motor Company .
history
The Ford F-MAX tractor unit was presented to the public for the first time at the 67th IAA Commercial Vehicles in 2018 . The vehicle was also awarded the title Truck of the Year 2019 .
Initially, the Ford F-MAX will only be offered in Turkey. It will also be launched on the Eastern and Central European markets within the next two years.

The Ford F-MAX is only offered ex works with the Ecotorq 12.7 l diesel engine manufactured by Ford Otosan . The engine with R6 layout and direct injection has a displacement of 12,740 cm³. It also has a turbocharger and has a maximum output of 368 kW or 500 hp at a speed of 1,800 revolutions per minute. The engine generates the maximum torque of 2500 Newton meters at 1000–1400 revolutions per minute. The engine complies with the Euro 6D emissions standard . The ZF TraXon 12TX2620 automatic transmission with twelve gears is installed ex works in all versions . The Ford F-MAX has rear-wheel drive . The engine brake develops a maximum braking force of 400 kW, with the optional Intarder it is a maximum of 1000 kW.
Cab
The cab is 2.54 meters wide and 2.29 meters long. It has an interior height of 2.16 meters.
