action

In a timeless Venice, the young heiress and private detective Mariel Imari is more interested in idle life than in paid jobs. She lives the day, drinks, sleeps or flirts with the antiquarian clerk Veppo.

Her grandfather's will stipulates that Mariel will not be able to inherit her considerable inheritance until she finds the painting "Forget-me-not", which disappeared 22 years ago. Without any action on her part, she now stumbles through her assignments, which always have something to do with her personal past.

Publications

In Japan, Forget-me-not appeared from 1997 to 2000 in individual chapters in the manga magazine Morning and its sister magazine Shin Magnum Zōkan . In September 2003, the Kōdansha publishing house published these individual chapters as an anthology. This is conceived as the first volume in a series. A continuation is possible.

The anthology was published in Germany in May 2006 by Egmont Manga & Anime and in October 2004 in France by Casterman on the Sakka label .
