Foua is a small islet in the south of the Ha'apai archipelago in the Pacific . Politically, it belongs to the Kingdom of Tonga .

The motu is near Russell Reef and Lutueki Rock, between the larger islands of Tungua , Kito , Teaupa and Luanamo .
The waterway runs northwest
climate
The climate is tropical hot, but is tempered by constantly blowing winds. Like the other islands of the Ha'apai group, Tafahi is occasionally hit by cyclones .
