Luanamo is an island in the extreme south of Ha'apai in the Pacific . Politically, it belongs to the Kingdom of Tonga .

The Motu is located in the Lulunga area between the islands of Tungua and ʻOʻua .
climate
The climate is tropical hot, but is tempered by constantly blowing winds. Like the other islands of the Vavaʻu group, Luanamo is occasionally hit by cyclones .
