Fournier Ridge is a 14 km long mountain ridge on the West Antarctic Rothschild Island, northwest of Alexander I Island . It rises in the western part of the Desko Mountains .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him after Commander James M. Fournier of the United States Coast Guard , Commander of USCGC Burton Island in 1971.
